New Owner’s Clinic Banquet at Zimmerman Honda

In addition to the nearly 60 years of being a family owned and operated business here at Zimmerman Honda in downtown Rock Island, Illinois, we focus strongly on our customer’s needs, wants, and complete overall satisfaction.  To help make our customers feel more like our extended family and in appreciation of their business, we offer our New Owner’s Maintenance and Awareness Clinic Banquet which is presented by our service department.

This is a homemade “home grown” type dinner presentation where you are invited to sit back, relax, and enjoy the feast, while our experienced service department conducts a presentation with an introduction from our Parts and Service Director, Gary Ralston.  With Service Advisors present, recommended maintenance, body shop, parts, and repair information will be discussed on how to properly care for your new or used Honda and you are also taken for a brief tour of the facility including the service department along with the service lounge.  The Banquet/Clinic starts at 6:00 pm with dinner served and normally concludes between 7:45 pm and 8:15 pm, depending upon the amount of questions you have during question and answer time.  Keep in mind, while you are here for a service visit Monday-Friday from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, we offer refreshments, donuts and cookies in our service lounge all day for our customers too.

The New Owner’s Clinic/Banquet is held every two months and we strive to make certain every new customer has the opportunity to attend the clinic that is most convenient for them, a free and rewarding service with every new or used car purchase here at Zimmerman Honda.  If you are unavailable for the next available Banquet/Clinic, kindly contact us and we will schedule you in for the next one that fits your schedule.
